Smoky Pepper Cheese Spread

This is a great dip for the holidays or other social gatherings and is super-easy to pull together at the last minute. The Tiger Sauce adds some heat and sweet and the Liquid Smoke gives it a nice background flavor.

1 8oz block of softened cream cheese
4 tbs of "Tiger Sauce" (a TryMe brand pepper sauce)
1 tsp of garlic salt
1/2 tsp of Liquid Smoke (hickory)
a few cranks of fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Dump everything into a bowl and mix it well. Tastes great immediately, but gets better if it has a little time to sit. Serve with crackers or veggies. Also works great if you want to make canapes by piping the cheese onto crackers or toasts and adding some fresh herbs on top.
